• Kids need opportunities to learn empathy for those who don’t look like them or communicate like them, to value the differences that others bring.
• Kids need a safe place to explore their strengths and try new things
For Kiddos 5 to 13 years
At Kindred Spirits Care Farm summer camp, we will explore the ancient Chumash cave, make friends with over 100 animals including horses, goats, pigs, chickens and emus. We make art from nature, make new friends, tell stories, identify plants and bugs, learn about soil, sculpt, take hikes, climb giant boulders, get our hands dirty, learn how to grow food, and so much more.
2024 Summer Camp will be held Monday through Thursday from June 17th to August 8th
Day Schedule - 8:00am – 12:00pm
8:00-8:15am – Welcome Campers
8:15-9:00am – Meeting Animals
9:00-9:45am - Gardening/learning about food
9:45-10:00 am - Snack
10:00-10:45am - Nature activity/exploration
10:45-12:00pm - Arts and Crafts
Price
$260 per child per week / $70.00 per day
Late pick up fee: $25 per every 15 min
